Fauna Collection only accepts the return or exchange of items purchased directly from us. Merchandise purchased from an authorized retailer should be returned directly to that retailer and is subject to the return policy of the originating retailer. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your ilovefauna.com order, please return items within 14 days of package delivery date. Merchandise is considered unreturnable if it has been worn, tags have been removed, or if product has become damaged by customer. Merchandise must be in new, unworn and resalable condition with tags attached and must be accompanied by the original receipt or invoice. Refunds will be made to the original form of payment minus shipping and handling. Returns are accepted through the mail. Note: We do not reimburse any shipping and handling charges that you may incur from returns or exchanges.
To return by mail:
1. Please fill out our Return Form completely and make a copy for your records.
2. Package the items securely, making sure to include the completed Return Form.
3. We recommend sending returns via insured, traceable mail to ensure safe delivery. Packages must be prepaid. We cannot accept COD deliveries. We are not responsible for lost return shipments.

5. The return will be refunded to the original form of payment used for purchase. Allow 2-3 weeks from the shipping date for the account to be credited. Please allow 1 to 2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement.
*If you are returning a gift, please send the receipt if you have it. Fill out our Return Form to return merchandise by mail. You may exchange the gift item at ilovefauna.com.
To make an exchange, write down the item(s) you would like to receive on the Return Form included with your order. We will send you an email confirming that we are processing your return, and give you the shipping status of your exchange. If the price of the new item(s) in your exchange differs from the returned item(s), we will charge/refund the difference, including new shipping charges, to your credit card initially used to purchase your order. Past sales or promotions used during your initial purchase cannot be honored when you place your new order. Please do not send personal check payments as we cannot accept them. We will use standard shipping to the shipping address on your invoice. You are responsible to pay additional shipping and handling charges for exchanges.
